We advise our clients that if they have special requests which they wish to be fulfilled at the time of their passing they should have their funeral service pre-arranged. This not only relieves relatives of the decision-making process but guarantees a service that corresponds with your wishes. As you can imagine with the ever spiraling cost of living, prices may go up on items such as our caskets. However, when you pre-arrange there is the option of making a down-payment or full payment on all the funeral service packages. From compiling and submitting obits in the formats required by the respective media houses, registration of death, notification of all involved institutions, hymn sheet (leaflet) orders to choosing and booking gravesites… quite honestly, the list of services offered to our clients is endless. We advise our clients to bring all items that their loved one would wear as if they were with them here today. However, sometimes access to all articles of clothing can be limited. Therefore, we have in-stock items of clothing to be purchased.
Chapel of Clyde B. Jones Funeral Home
Our recently renovated Chapel often described as "cozy", is available for public and private visitations as well as small funeral and memorial services. Private visitation allows relatives and close friends to spend some quiet time with the deceased before the date of the funeral service whilst public visitations are ideal for members of public who can't make it to the funeral service. Our Chapel comes equipped with stereo, piano, mahogany bier and lecterns as well as a seating capacity of 50.
Floral tributes
We can assist you in ordering a floral arrangement in tribute of your loved one. Costs of arrangements are impacted by the shape, size and species utilized. Also the option of an at-home sympathy arrangement is available.
